POP ILLUMINATIONS
Every month I create a small hand-pulled screenprint inspired by one of my Pop Icon paintings. Rooted in Ignatian Spirituality, which invites us to find God in all things, I pray with relics from our secular culture: ads, celebrities, and commercial products and try to reimagine them as contemporary devotional images. By combining practices from Pop Art and medieval illuminated manuscripts, I hope these Pop Illuminations help us recognize God at work in and through the world in which we live.

Nick Leeper, SJ
I’m a Jesuit scholastic and contemporary artist whose work brings together medieval and Pop Art through the lens of Ignatian spirituality. I started making these prints because I wanted to create original, handmade works that are accessible and affordable. I just want everyone to have a little more gold leaf in their life.

By the 8th of every month (God-willing) via USPS
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes.
Is it really just one screenprint?
Yes, one signed limited edition, hand-pulled print per month.
